Job Description

The SEM (Search Engine Management) Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across Google as well as Local Service Ads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement LSA and PPC strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for all services including but not limited to plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Manage LSA and PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve campaign objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continually improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align LSA and PPC efforts with overall business goals.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to leadership

    Job Requirements

  • 3 years + experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field a plus.

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the home services or construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to interpret campaign performance data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics.


    $50,000 - $70,000 ( depending on experience)
