FirstService Residential Recreation Aid in Aliso Viejo, California

Job Overview:

The Part Time Clubhouse Staff provides quality customer service and be the friendly, helpful, team member to our clients, vendors, and associates. This position will also have administration duties assisting department managers as directed.

Compensation: $16.00 an hour

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take client calls and manage work order process, vendors, and client issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitors all property access points (gates, doors, and pools) and report all suspicious activity to proper authority to ensure resident safety.
  • Greet walk-ins.
  • Opening and closing of the Facility.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs at least twice per hour.
  • Organize and maintain all visitor reservations.
  • Assist Facility Administrator in all administrative duties.
  • Maintain an organized workspace according to company procedures.
  • Provide "Buddy System" backup for assigned Buddy during absences.
  • Complete company training as assigned, attend all mandatory company functions and adhere to FirstService Residential Standards of Operation.
  • Make payroll entries each day in accordance with employee handbook.
  • Must arrive at work on time for each shift.
  • Other duties as may apply from time to time be required.

  • Exhibit professionalism, professional attire and demeanor at all times.

  • Must be proficient with computer programs needed for specific position including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload.
  • Must work effectively with co-workers, clients and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues.

Education & Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of a GED or a High school diploma.
