Description Robert Half is hiring a highly-skilled and motivated individual to lead operations in the Anaheim, California office of a growing company as their Operations Manager. Responsibilities
Observe and seek improvements to office organization · Provide direct oversight and management of accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations. · Estimate project costs and timelines, working closely with the team to develop accurate and competitive bids. · Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees and compliance with payroll regulations. · Monitor and control change orders, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and implementation · Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes. · Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. · Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to meet operational goals. Requirements - Need at least 3+ years of job related experience
Prior experience in a supervisory role required
QuickBooks experience a plus
Operational Activities experience desired
Experience working in the construction industry highly desired
