Itle Agriculture/Forestry Professional FLSA Exempt FTE 1.00 Minimum
Qualifications Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field.
Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of
education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications Baccalaureate in agricultural field, must have
experience in field-scale production of row crops common to the Piedmont
region of Georgia; specifically corn, soybeans, cotton and small grains.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with center pivot
irrigation systems. Must have a working knowledge of common precision
ag. technologies. Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in
drying and storing grain. Associate\'s degree with considerable
experience in above fields will be considered. Pass a background check,
pesticide applicator\'s license, licensed driver in GA. Position Summary
The Farm Manager position will be located at the J. Phil Campbell Sr.
Research and Education Center - Iron Horse Farm, in Greene County,
Georgia. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the day to day
