Customer Service Associate- Provide Courteous, friendly, helpful, and
efficient service to external and internal customers on a regular and
consistent basis- Expected to be sitting at PC workstation, typing and
talking on a telephone headset for extended periods of time- Assist with
processing external customers\' calls for service- Gather complete and
accurate information as emergency contacts for customers- Receives a
high level of contacts with external and internal customers on a
frequent and regular basis; the purpose of which is to manage and
facilitate requests for elevator/escalator service and all relative and
subsequent actions Qualification:- Six (6) months or more, of customer
service responsibilities in a Call Center environment and/or
face-to-face customer service responsibilities- Bilingual (preferred) -
A general knowledge and application of data entry, general typing or PC
activities- A consistent ability to practice proper telephone etiquette
when dealing with all types of customers- Expected to be skilled at
providing excellent customer service and with appropriate etiquette in
communications- Typing and data entry- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
