DescriptionSTV has an opening for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager in our South-Central Region. This position is open to any one of our south-central offices. The diverse markets that the firm is invested in affords a seasoned professional the opportunity to grow and collaborate on exciting projects across the country.Responsibilities:Manage marketing proposal and presentation/interview activityReceive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goalsProvide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policiesRecommend changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)Work on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trendsFollow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsAct as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problemsDevelop and administer schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilitiesResponsible for department quality control and quality assurance functionsFrequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.Lead a cooperative effort among members of a project teamManage, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffingRequirements:Experience managing marketing proposal activity within the A/E/C industryCreative, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environmentExhibits curiosity about the built environmentCommitted to quality and strategyCandidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and has strong time management and research skillsExcellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guideAbility to manage concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessaryClient-focused and has a strong work ethicQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in English or Liberal ArtsProficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointMinimum 10 years of proposal management experience; program and construction management marketing communications and proposal experience preferredExperience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is requiredResumes must be accompanied by a cover letter demonstrating what makes you qualified for this position.
