DOING: * Executing a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and
profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty. *
Leveraging market data and resources to target and prospect customers to
uncover needs for solution selling. * Answering technical and business
questions and offering solutions to issues that may arise during a sales
cycle. * Providing consultative recommendations to clients, as well as
the cost to implement them. * Forecasting sales and developing \"out of
the box\" sales strategies. * Managing quotes and funnels on monthly
basis to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. * Preparing complete,
accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of
customer transactions. * Familiarizing self with competitors\' products
to sell against them. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: * 3+ years sales
experience in business-to-business security system solution selling. *
Proven sales proficiency to exceed goals and build rapport with clients
and prospects. * Previous experience with CRM. * Possess superior
forecasting skills with the ability to be accountable to forecast and
pipeline management objectives. * Possess ability to explain product
features and benefits. * Possess intermediate ability to use Microsoft
Office suite of products. * Possess exceptional time management skills
and ability to focus on what matters. * Experience with government
