join our Atlanta office.Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design
development, and construction documentsDesign mechanical systems
including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution,
ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and
controlsIncorporate sustainable design methods in buildings and prepare
green rating system documentationAssist in spatial coordination with
architecture and other engineering systemsDeliver projects across
multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist,
design buildProcess contractor submittals, RFIsPerform on site condition
surveysProduce quality workProvide mentoring and direction to junior
members of the project team or engineering disciplineUse technology and
methodologies to create innovative approaches to building
designConsistently strive to improve technical quality of work product
by keeping abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and
advances in the industryWork collaboratively in a cross-discipline
