Chapa-De Clinical RN - Part Time in Auburn, California

Job Descriptions:

Salary: $48.50 - $55.90 per hour.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: 8AM-5PM, 3 days a week (Days are TBD)

The Clinical RN sees patients independently, within their nursing scope, and they assist the Medical Assistant or provider with complicated cases. This position reports to the Director of Nursing or RN Clinical Manager and works as part of a team with the clinic providers, and other clinic support staff to provide quality, coordinated care to patients. In addition, the Clinical RN provides triage and patient education.

Clinical RN Duties:

  • Ensure a seamless flow of patient care within the assigned pod and be a resource for the team.

  • Accurately complete pre-visit assessment for new patients, including medication reconciliation, setting the agenda for the visit, and providing patient education.

  • Perform patient triage utilizing knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice as needed.

  • Coordinate follow-up care as needed for patients recently seen in the Emergency Department or discharged from the hospital.

Required Experience:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California

  • A minimum of two years current nursing experience.

  • Current CPR Certificate.
