Robert Half's client in the furniture industry is looking for an Account Manager for their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Austin. TX.
Responsibilities:
• Actively address and resolve inquiries from customers.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status.
• Leverage skills in B2B Sales to drive customer interactions and sales processes.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proficiency in CRM software will be a plus.
