Responsible for administration of courses and coordination of course-related activities as well as occasional administrative support of extra-curricular activities such as student workshops or guest lectures. Support all aspects of multiple course offerings throughout the fall and spring semesters, such as ensuring deadlines are met, assisting faculty in publishing a syllabus for each course, timely posting assignments for students, scheduling needed additional support (adjunct, volunteer, temp), and logistical coordination of exam-related and grading-related tasks.Coordinate students, instructors, other staff, and activities involved in assigned courses, programs or projects for the Advocacy Program. Maintain regular, professional interaction with law students, full-time and adjunct law faculty, other University departments, special groups, and external agencies in administering the Advocacy Programs courses and events.Assists Advocacy Program management with coordination and implementation of Advocacy Program events and stays knowledgeable about the overall activities of the Advocacy Program. Ensure that the Advocacy Program Associate Director and Director are informed of important obstacles to completion of Advocacy Program goals.Work on special projects throughout the year as assigned. Occasionally attend professional development seminars.Other related duties as assigned.
