Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Orchestrator (PO) will report to the Head of Commercial Real Estate (CRE). At SitusAMC, our CRE leadership team is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering solutions that generate compelling value for clients of SitusAMC. As such, the PO will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of SitusAMC s portfolio of projects.
This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, and will be responsible for managing the cadence and day-to-day decision-making processes of the CRE leadership team. The PO ensures that investment decisions are made in alignment with the organization’s strategy, and budgets, and fulfill regulatory & compliance requirements. This role also serves as the escalation point for teams when they are unable to make decisions, resolve external dependencies, or need executive support to resolve impediments. A core responsibility will be to ensure that the CRE leadership team consistently makes its work visible to stakeholders, using assessments and metrics to continuously improve the flow of value to customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and should be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions ·
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the company to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
Overseeing the execution of the company's portfolio of projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and project prioritization
Managing the portfolio budget and ensuring that project costs are aligned with the company's financial goals
Ensure the operating model is run effectively facilitating appropriate cadences, workflow, clear requirements, and metrics and ensuring that all teams are following best practices
Providing regular reports on project progress and performance, as well as analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement
Align team processes with the organization’s governance model and industry best practices
Ensure throughput and cycle time are managed for work managed by the team, as well as the work delegated to appropriate teams
Orchestrate CRE communications
Ensure that issues and impediments are communicated to, managed, and resolved by the CRE Leadership Team
Ensure continuous improvement by facilitating quarterly portfolio operating reviews, as well as retrospectives on a regular basis
10+ years of increasing responsibilities leading large programs and projects, including responsibility for annual improvement portfolios valued at $25 million or more
Experience with communicating to C-Suite level executives
Managerial, financial and communications skills
Program management professional with strong experience in the financial services industry
Real estate experience preferred
A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism
A demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with team members in diverse groups and regions
Solid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detail

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($185,000 - $285,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
