Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as: Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement (O2C, P2P); Planning (Supply planning, Demand planning, Value chain planning) Warehouse Management (WMS) and able to perform functional configuration and/or technical development, including:

  • Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially in the following modules: payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting and onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management;

  • Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing network of client relationships and community involvement;

  • Communicating value proposition;

  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;

  • Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;

  • Delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;

  • Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; and,

  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
