Description
We are seeking a Loan Processor to join our team in Aventura, Florida. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling customer loan applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer loan applications in a timely manner
• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer records
• Handle and resolve any customer inquiries effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as needed
• Utilize the Automated Underwriting System for loan processing
• Proficiently use Calyx and Calyx Point tools for loan processing
• Effectively operate CRM systems for customer relationship management
• Conduct data processing tasks efficiently
• Appraise and assess customer loan requests
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during the closing processes
• Display excellent communication skills in all interactions with customers.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Loan Processor role or similar financial position.
• Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System.
• Ability to effectively utilize Calyx and Calyx Point software.
• Experience with CRM systems is necessary.
• Strong data processing skills are essential.
• Familiarity with About Time software is required.
• Knowledge of appraisals and their corresponding processes.
• Understanding of closing processes in a loan environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strict adherence to compliance regulations and guidelines in all operations.
