Join Our Team as an EMEA Operations Analyst!

Are you ready to take the lead in enhancing data transparency and driving data-driven decision-making within EMEA Operations? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an EMEA Operations Analyst, playing a crucial role in developing systems intelligence, visualizing KPIs and supporting our business growth.

You will report into the Supply Chain Excellence team at our Ballerup headquarters in Denmark. Our team boast a diverse, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere. Recognizing the need for additional structure, we seek an EMEA Operations Analyst to bring strategic organization to our dynamic team. With a significant portion of our team working remotely, this role demands adeptness in building strong virtual relationships. What you’ll be doing:

As GN moves towards OneGN, we are moving from site governance to global governance. We need your help to standardize in order to be able to drive organizational alignment and break down barriers that may exist between sites. The ability to understand business requirements is of the utmost importance in order to understanding the data points that we need, and then bringing those data points to life.

As an EMEA Operations Analyst within GN Hearing, your main purpose is to elevate data transparency, empower data-driven decision-making, and develop systems intelligence to support our business operations. You will be responsible for finding the red thread that our team with the Planning and Customer Manufacturing teams. then building and maintaining advanced analytical tools, supporting the EMEA Operations team with ad-hoc data analysis, and driving the success of our BI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reports and advanced analytical tools using PowerBI and ensure transition away from Excel.

  • Collaborate with different functions in Operations to understand business needs and translate those needs into a data view that adds the most value.

  • Drive operations data model integrity.

  • Ensure data alignment and transparency across functions.

  • Support EMEA Operations with ad-hoc data analysis.

  • Prepare business review slide decks for the management team.

  • Support and advise business with data-driven decision-making.

  • Define and measure KPIs, build and maintain KPI dashboards.

  • Ensure alignment on operations data point definitions cross-functionally.

  • Ensure optimal data availability in data warehouses to meet BI needs.

Professional Skills:

  • Relevant masters degree or Data specialist or Supply Chain specialist with a vision for BI excellence.

  • 3+ years of work experience with BI and analytics, preferably in a supply chain context.

  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.

  • SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

  • Experience in working with data modelling, data warehouses (SAP, Azure, or similar), and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik).

  • Excellent understanding of systems and data architecture principles.

  • Strong leadership skills to engage and drive others.

  • English at a business level
