Description
One of our clients, a rapidly growing manufacturing firm, is seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company's financial operations remain accurate, streamlined, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payables - Processing of vendor payments in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable - Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
Apply and post payments in accounting systems.
Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Coordinate and manage outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Peachtree, or Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
