We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence / Power BI Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Candidate will also be excited to present their findings to our leadership team. Preference will be given to those who reside in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Create data visualizations to help business stakeholders understand key metrics and trends
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and create data models that support their business needs
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security
Stay current with new Power BI features and best practices
Develop advanced reports and visualizations using Power BI and Power Query
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience developing BI solutions using Power BI
Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong proficiency with SQL (DDL, DML, & stored procedures)
Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Function Apps) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
