Robert Half Paralegal in Baltimore, Maryland

Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents

  • Assist with case preparation and trial support

  • Maintain and organize case files and discovery materials

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

  • Perform legal research and summarize findings

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Medical malpractice experience is preferred but not required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
