Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales with solid knowledge in managing distributors and direct accounts

Able to work in upcountry

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • To manage distributors to deliver sales results and work closely with the Channel Sales Executive to deliver the key sales objectives; Sell in and sell-out target.

  • Develop distributors' staff to possess the required skills to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently in term of basic communication to customer,annual fee tracking

  • Drive aggressively the monthly key priority tracking activities and achievement target by all existing customer

  • Ensure effective implementation of customer POP drivers at the store level in line with brand/channel objectives and strategies

  • Improve store execution in line with Nestle Standard ,analyze a trouble and find the solution to solve the problem for the existing customer

  • Analyze productivity information and create solution to improve customer execution and drive sales

  • Provide customer and market information e.g. competitors, consumer insight and trend etc. to Nestle

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales with solid knowledge in managing distributors and direct accounts

  • Good command in English and computer skills

  • Able to work in upcountry
