What are my responsibilities?

• Define and implement CS business development strategy, policies, and guidelines of respective organizational unit.

• Lead Technical Sales Support team to ensure the service sales target can be achieved in cooperation with the sales team, explore the customer potentials to increase the business volume.

• Lead Service Sales Specialist team to analyze forecasts, potential opportunities, and ensure the important opportunities could be secured from both technical and commercial side.

• Investigate the service portfolio from competitors, continuously enhance and develop own service portfolio.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree or above on Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Automation.

• 5 years’ experience with service sales.

• 5 years’ experience in manager’s role.

• Good command of writing, speaking, and reading English. certain Office skills and office software skills.
