职责描述：
- Test bench business solution engineering project execution and delivery
测试台业务解决方案类工程项目的执行与交付
- Responsible for project system design, PLC programming, and site commissioning
负责项目的系统设计，PLC程序的编写及现场调试
- Responsible for customer requirements collection, provide effective technical support to customers
负责客户的需求收集，为客户提供有效的技术支持
- Provide knowledge and experience sharing, support team’s R&D
提供知识和经验的分享，支持团队的研发工作
- Responsible for technical specification support of project pre-sale bidding phase
负责项目售前投标阶段的技术方案支持
- Cooperate with the project manager team to implement the project
配合项目经理团队做好项目的实施
任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation，Electrical automation, or related field
自动化、电气自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历
- At least 3 years automation engineering project experience, test bench project implementation experience is preferred
3年以上自动化工程项目经验，有测试台项目实施经验者优先
- Experience in PLC programming and commissioning under TIA platform, experience in converter commissioning, knowledge of motor, low-voltage electrical, etc., proficient in EPLAN or AUTO CAD
具备在TIA平台下进行PLC编程及调试的经验，具备变频器调试经验，具备电机、低压电气等相关知识，熟练使用EPLAN或AUTO CAD
- Experience in C#/LabVIEW industrial PC development，familiar with MATLAB/ Simulink is preferred
具备C#工业上位机开发经验，熟悉MATLAB/Simulink使用者优先考虑
- Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with internal project members and external customer
良好的沟通技巧，可以与内部项目成员及外部客户进行有效沟通
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written), strong self-learning ability
良好的中英文表达能力（口头及书面），自我学习能力强
- Working experience or resources in wind power, automobile test bench industry or vehicle factory is preferred.
有风电，汽车测试台行业，整车厂工作经验或资源的优先考虑
- Good ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent project-driven travel
良好的抗压能力，可适应项目驱动的频繁出差
