Job Description

  • Collaboration: Engage in team discussions and meetings to identify and address global errors, facilitating ongoing improvement and preventing recurrence of issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in financial operations or project coordination roles preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account. Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries. Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.

  • Ensure timely funding of projects to meet specified turnaround times, facilitating accurate generation of revenue and invoices.

  • Maintain a high emphasis on the quality of requests processed by resources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline funding processes and implement best practices for project funding procedures.

  • Monitor and track funding timelines to identify and address any potential delays, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on funding status and address any concerns or inquiries.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve funding workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy in project funding operations.
