Job Description
At least 7 years of Software Engineering work experience with strong knowledge in Java and related design framework.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Working experience in Big Data and Hadoop framework
Working experience on any of the Cloud Infrastructure - AWS/OCI
Knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana etc.
Good problem solving skills and experience in handling complex production issues
Experience in building automation tools.
Good communication skills and ability to present in large forums.
Ability to be agile and to be a complete team person.
Ability to coordinate process and communication with other teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in odd hours / holidays based on pre-decided schedule
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and analyze complex technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients
Own, debug and document complex investigations and resolution
Participate in development (design, coding, testing and deployment) as per project need.
Actively contribute in automation drives.
Participate and contribute in design discussion
Apply complicated code and testing changes and fixes to resolve issues
Contribute in process improvement projects
Perform root-cause analysis with clients to resolve high complexity issues
Share knowledge within team through mentorships, coaching, technical talks and blogs
Ability to work in odd hours - both planned and unplanned manner.
