Adecco is currently assisting a local building materials supplier recruiting for Production Operator’s in Biddeford, ME ! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with a starting pay rate of $19 - $20+/HR , plus the possibility of incentives and overtime!
Schedule:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available!
1st Shift - 6:45AM – 3:00PM – Monday - Friday - $19+/HR
2nd Shift - 2:45PM - 11:00PM - Monday - Friday - $19.50+/HR
3rd Shift - 10:45PM - 7:00AM - Sunday - Thursday - $20+/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards
Complete all required production and scrap paperwork, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all the data submitted
Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety
Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area
Maintain excellent housekeeping and TPM standards following all established guidelines
Support the recycling program and all other cost reduction efforts/programs
Physical Requirements:
Up to 12 hours of walking and standing
Must be able to work on the manufacturing production floor
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing / production environment with high volume of forklift traffic

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
