Location: Bloomington, MN Wage: $33 - $35 hourly Hours: 6 am 2 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the warehouse coordinator / driver lead: Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Duties of the warehouse coordinator / driver lead: Efficiently manage material moving equipment in the secure warehouse area. Handle inventory tasks, including record-keeping, equipment ordering, and timely product destruction. Serve as the primary contact for all fleet driver-related issues, including liaising with truck vendors for repairs and services. Master and train others in fleet truck operation. Oversee driver logs and vehicle inspection reports for compliance. Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure operational standards are met. Requirements of the warehouse coordinator / driver lead: Demonstrated experience in forklift operation and inventory management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to schedule production for shifts. Commitment to fostering a safe work environment. Ability to obtain and maintain security certification and ensure team compliance. Class B CDL with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
