Work you'll do
This role serves as a leader in the SAP Fieldglass space. The SAP Fieldglass Design and Implementation manager will grow, lead and oversee the team responsible for selling and designing, configuring, and deploying SAP Fieldglass solutions to enable clients' contingent workforce management programs. The successful candidate will create and drive a sales pipeline, with leadership support, manage end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that align with business needs. Working with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will also help clients optimize their contingent workforce management processes, providing both strategic guidance and technical expertise.
Responsibilities include:
Lead SAP Fieldglass Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of SAP Fieldglass projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their contingent workforce needs and business goals, providing consultative guidance on SAP Fieldglass best practices and functionality.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions that align with client business requirements, configuring SAP Fieldglass modules for Vendor Management System (VMS) capabilities such as requisition management, supplier management, time and expense tracking, and worker onboarding.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project team members, including consultants, analysts, and developers, ensuring efficient collaboration, quality assurance, and adherence to project timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key client stakeholders, including HR, procurement, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful integration and alignment of SAP Fieldglass within the client's broader technology and business ecosystem.
Customization and Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Workday, payroll systems) to ensure seamless data flow and optimize workforce management processes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing of the SAP Fieldglass solution, including conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and resolving issues prior to go-live.
Change Management: Working with cross functional teams, assist clients in understanding and implementing change management strategies, including training and support for end-users, to drive successful adoption and long-term sustainability of the Fieldglass solution.
Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, using appropriate project management methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and manage client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration and integration
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing end to end SAP Fieldglass design and deployment projects, including VMS functionality
Minimum of 5 years of experience with large-scale, enterprise level software implementations, particularly within contingent workforce or talent management systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass modules, including worker profile management, vendor engagement, time and expense and integrations
Minimum of 5 years of experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication, client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
Strong leadership and team management experience
Familiarity with SAP integration tools, API's and related platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Workday and other ERP systems
Knowledge of ETL processes for data migration, reporting and workforce analytics
Problem solving mindset with he ability to navigate complex challenges
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
