Director, Engagement Tools
Role Description
Focuses on optimizing digital platforms and tools that enable sales teams to effectively engage with financial advisors, including content management systems, continuing education and portfolio consulting platforms
Responsible for implementing and managing new solutions that enhance advisor engagement while ensuring seamless integration of data across CRM, marketing, and sales systems to drive insights and strategy
Role also involves creating frameworks for lead management between Marketing and Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize sales content management and engagement platforms to ensure regional Sales teams can easily access accurate, relevant and up-to-date content and collateral to drive engagement by advisors
Implement, manage and optimize the continuing education/practice management digital platform to drive advisor engagement
Identify and implement new solutions and tools that deliver value-added services to advisors, drive digital engagement and systematic customer data capture, such as a Portfolio Consulting platform
Ensure seamless integration of engagement data with our CRM, digital marketing stack and EDL, driving better sales insights and strategy, and enabling orchestration and management of advisor experience across Sales and Marketing
Create and manage framework and defined ways of working for managing and optimizing leads across Marketing and Sales; work with partners to ensure outcomes are measured, including ROI of sales and marketing efforts, and inform future strategies and tactics
Collaborate closely with Sales, Specialists, Practice Management, Marketing, Digital and MarTech teams to align tools with strategic objectives
Analyze tool performance and customer engagement, providing insights to improve advisor relationships
Stay current with industry trends to continuously enhance our advisor engagement ecosystem
Ideal Candidate:
Track record in managing and implementing advisor-focused digital technologies and tools
Experience identifying, partnering and managing vendors to deliver quality solutions and drive value for money
Experience managing teams and establishing streamlined work processes, to ensure high-quality solutions and products are provided to users
Past sales experience, including success running a territory or sales team, is an asset
Good handle on the industry sales processes and sales team’s ways of working, as well as how Financial Advisors work and engage with Asset Managers
Empathetic and emotionally aware of challenges the sales and marketing teams can face; while being enthusiastic about innovation
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Experience in fintech, wealth management or related industries
Technical proficiency to grasp MarTech technologies and how they work with sales tools and processes
Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies

Salary range is expected to be between
$103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
