You develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing promo, assortment, distribution and secondary space to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments with your team.
You set actionable targets for all customer teams measure performance against these.
How you will contribute
You will:
Point of Buying (POB) Strategies: Develop and lead the Perfect Store strategy in alignment with the company’s overall commercial and brand objectives. Champion the POB agenda across all customer and channel strategies to drive shopper conversion and brand
Shelving & Assortment Optimization: Define and implement best-in-class shelving principles, ensuring optimal visibility and accessibility of products. Design, implement and monitor strategies to ensure the right product assortment per customer, leveraging data-driven insights.
Promotional Strategy: Develop a robust promotional calendar to enhance in-store activation and consumer engagement. Ensure promotional initiatives deliver ROI and are aligned with brand and channel objectives.
Secondary Placement Strategy: Oversee the planning and execution of secondary placement solutions to maximize product exposure instore and sales uplift
KPIs & Governance: Establish KPIs for Perfect Store initiatives, including share of shelf, on-shelf availability, secondary placement compliance, and promotional effectiveness. Regularly analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve execution.
Stakeholder & Team Management: Coach & develop Team members and ensure POB strategy is aligned with interfaced functions
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
University Degree in a related field
10+ years of commercial FMCG experience with min 3 years in KA/Field roles and min 5 years of people management is required
Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management skills are required
Excellent business acumen, analytical skills and learning agility needed
German and English proficiency is a must
Please note that this role is also suitable for part-time work
Relocation Support Available?
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
