Nestlé is seeking a highly motivated Dutch-speaking individual for the role of Field Sales Representative. A Day in the Life of a Field Sales Representative
Visit small and medium-sized clients daily as a Nestlé ambassador for all brands within the Retail segment
Collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage merchandising budget for in-store activations
Follow up and report on client visits, sales performance, and market trends
Analyze data, interact with category activator, and provide feedback
Create effective routing plan to reach set objectives
What Will Make You Successful
Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience
Fluent in Dutch and English; conversational level of French is a plus
Passionate, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a commercial role
Ability to work autonomously with excellent planning and organizational skills
Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the company
Strong ability to process and prioritize information to effectively manage routing, agenda, and projects
Valid driver's license
