Position Summary

Nestlé is seeking a highly motivated Dutch-speaking individual for the role of Field Sales Representative. Please note that this role requires daily travel.

A Day in the Life of a Field Sales Representative

  • Visit small and medium-sized clients daily as a Nestlé ambassador for all brands within the Retail segment

  • Collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage merchandising budget for in-store activations

  • Follow up and report on client visits, sales performance, and market trends

  • Analyze data, interact with category activator, and provide feedback

  • Create effective routing plan to reach set objectives

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; conversational level of French is a plus

  • Passionate, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a commercial role

  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the company

  • Strong ability to process and prioritize information to effectively manage routing, agenda, and projects

  • Valid driver's license
