Accenture Total Rewards Analyst with Czech or Slovak in Bucharest, Romania

Accenture is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support benefits scheme administration for the Czech Republic.

The Total Rewards Team supports end to end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs. The position is also responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines. Role holder manages customer relationships with contacts from a variety of global and local groups, drives resolution of compensation issues and questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for employee benefits and perks.

  • Monitor legislation changes and ensure rewards practices are in line with the legislation.

  • Execute market intelligence activities, e.g. participation in salary surveys, gathering and evaluating anecdotal data, and analysis of the position to market

  • Prepare inputs for annual total rewards plan for employee benefits & perks

  • Ensure timely and correct inputs for controlling, financial planning and accounting

  • Ensure timely and proper benefits and perks changes communication and policy update: close cooperation with M&C, employee relations and employee support helpdesk

  • Coordinate operational transactions for employee benefits and plans: flexible benefits system, meal vouchers, life & disability insurance, preventative medical examinations, perks and discounts, participate in health days organization etc.

  • Ensure consistency in all systems, regular reporting and internal controls

  • Continuous enhancements to total rewards systems, tools and processes

  • Smooth cooperation with external vendors and internal partners, including M&C, Finance, HR, managers, helpdesk

  • Masters degree or equivalent work experience

  • Fluency in English and Slovak OR Czech

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of Slovak or Czech labor law

  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills
