Seneca Global Services will support our client, Kadiak, LLC, with providing Program Management Operations (PMO) services in support of the Indian Health Services' (IHS) Health IT Modernization Program Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Tester who will support the client's PMO with testing activities required during the IT modernization program lifecycle. This is a remote role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Adherence of the Health IT Modernization Program T&V Plan to the IEEE standard and to well-known industry verification and validation practices, as measured by an evaluation of the published test plan and its execution after publication Number, types, and severity of T&V deficiencies at each modernized site across sites and time; The goal is to reduce the average severity and number of the deficiencies across time, as an indicator of improvement Use the testing tooling system to fully document and automate T&V activities through the use of the test plan and cases from adjudication to resolution Follow any other guidance given by the test engineer or program manager as required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science with 4-6 year of related experience or HS Diploma with 6-8 years of experience Familiarity with software such as Java, web services, Jira, confluence used to support IT systems Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Desired Skills: Active security clearance Solid understanding of and ability to execute IV&V with IT software and hardware Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement: The Seneca Holdings family of companies is committed to building an inclusive work environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diversity of our employees.
