The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage Division in line with Hyatt brand standards while meeting guests, associates and owner’s expectations. This position also will be responsible for functioning as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Working experience within Hyatt Hotels is preferred
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or similar position
Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
Proven leadership skills
Experience implementing new F&B concepts
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Highly motivated, Hands-on with good eyes for details
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
