Job Purpose:

As a Field Network Communications Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our organization's network infrastructure. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance and security of our telecommunications systems. This roll offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, technologies, systems and locations, to collaborate with cross-functional teams in many areas to support and contribute to the success of R360.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Network Design, Implementation and Support:

  • Design, implement, document, and maintain the R360’s local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN). Evaluate and recommend network hardware, software, and communication protocols.

  • Travel to remote locations to support installation, maintenance, and other infrastructure activities as required.

  • Provide advanced technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot complex network issues.

  • Manage and optimize telecommunication systems and other communication platforms.

  • Ensure seamless integration of telecommunications networks.

  • Monitoring and alarming of telecommunication equipment for performance and operation.

  • Analyze network traffic and provide recommendations for capacity planning.

Network Security:

  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the R360's network infrastructure.

  • Implement and maintain next generation firewalls, rules, security posture, and threat systems.

  • Conduct regular security reviews for assets to quickly mitigate or resolved possible vulnerabilities promptly.

  • Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field experience.

  • Proven experience as a Network & Communications Analyst or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.

  • Familiarity with security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong experience with next generation firewalls

  • 5+ years providing tier 2 and 3 level network support in a medium to large multi-site environment.

  • 5+ years structured cabling experience.

  • Strong understanding of network stack of protocols.

  • Strong understanding of network monitoring software

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certifications or demonstrated project work experience are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, ISP providers and 3rd party field support teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Capacity to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
