Job Description:

Summary:

This role is responsible for performing Human Resource related duties on a professional level working closely with Human Resource management in supporting Human Resource functions. This role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, benefits administration, affirmative action and employment lawcompliance.

Essential Functions:

  • Executes day-to-day human resources responsibilities, applying knowledge of policies and procedures in thefollowingareas: Employee Relations, Compensation, Workplace Safety,Benefits, Reward Programs,Trainingand Recruiting.

  • Assists with the hiring process which includes writing job descriptions, recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits sign-up and orientation.

  • Administers human resource policies and procedures. Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures as required.

  • Assists in planning, development and implementation of training that supports company initiatives. Delivers new hire training (i.e. harassment, ethics) as needed.

  • Other duties asassigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu ofdegree

  • 4+ years Human Resourcesexperience

  • Experience in all Human Resource areas (i.e. employment laws, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, training, employee relations, etc.)

  • Human Resources Information Systemsexperience
