GDIT is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Organization. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain procurement process to support our internal stakeholders and government customers. GDIT’s supply chain team is organized by commodity, meaning our teams strategically purchase the same types of products in order to grow their expertise. We have a software, cloud/Saas, End User Device/IT Hardware, Server/Storage, Non-IT Hardware, Corporate Services, and Consulting Services teams. We also have a group of dedicated buyers that support specific programs/requirements.
We are looking for professionals with experience with FAR/Government procurement and/or experience in one of the commodities listed above.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements.
Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.
Management of RFQ/RFPs from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.
Ensures high internal customer satisfaction.
Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
2+ years in government contracts and/or strategic procurement
Experience with terms and conditions/pricing negotiation
Location: Resource must be wiling to meet our HYBRID schedule which requires employees to work from a GDIT office 1 day per week
Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company
Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data
Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently
Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process

The likely salary range for this position is $57,866 - $75,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
