Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Lease Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be integral in managing the commercial lease administration, reviewing lease-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records of rent and other financial obligations. You will also play a crucial role in managing internal and external systems and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Review all lease-related documents and abstract crucial information.

• Manage the commercial lease administration software application.

• Ensure accurate processing and tracking of lease renewals, amendments, and new location launches.

• Oversee the monthly auditing and processing of leasing monetary/rent obligations in accordance with internal Spend and Transaction Policies.

• Administer correspondence management of auditor relationships, auditor findings, and pursuit of claims.

• Serve as the primary contact for legal and outside legal counsel on all lease-related topics.

• Establish new landlords in our systems, including processing necessary forms and ticketing.

• Maintain accurate banking information for all new and current rent obligations within our systems.

• Set up new locations in all internal and external systems.

• Participate in financial reconciliations, budget reviews, and audit processes.

• Utilize bespoke software and platforms to streamline tasks and ensure efficiency.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and service partners.

• Uphold all deadlines and critical date obligations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation

• Understanding of Policy and Budget Processes

• Ability to conduct and Review Audits

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with Reconciliations and Correspondence

• Capability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Ability to work with Partners and utilize Ticketing Systems

• Knowledge of Loan Renewal Processes

• Experience dealing with Landlords

• Understanding of Operating Budgets and Leases

• Ability to handle Monetary tasks and Monthly Reviews

• Proficiency in Transmittal tasks

• Experience with Real Estate Companies and Banking Operations

• Knowledge of Commercial Leasing

• Experience in QA Management

• Ability to perform basic office tasks such as Photocopying/Scanning documents
