Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Lobby Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience.
Work Performed:
The Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Provideexceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously servingguests;
Dispensealcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies andregulations;
Ensurecleanlinessand sanitationof thebar;
Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking,etc.;
Ensureall alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closingtime;
Completeopening and closingduties;
AdheretoHealth Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination.
Keep compartment sink, side boards, and refrigerators(and its contents)clean and sanitizedbydatingand rotatingfood on a dailybasis;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Six (6) months of previousbartending experience
Prior food handling experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
Previous experience with Micros operating system
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally
Able to lift 10 lbs.regularly
Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
Flexible to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidayshifts
