As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1st shift 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of service and repair solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities
• Work with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalations
• Active participation in all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
•Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products. Ex: Honeywell / Samsung / Apple / Zebra devices
• Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction)
•Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
US Person Requirements
Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen, US permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the US
YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years of experience in service and repair
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
