Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience: One year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Additional Skills (required): Basic computer skills, customer service in a high pace environment and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Additional Skills (preferred): Experience answering multiple phone lines, multi tasking and medical terminology.
