Responsibilities
Align to, and be mentored by, EPAM Industry experts to learn how EPAM works with clients in project settings
Complete EPAM’s formal education via internal coursework, periodic assessments, and reviews
Learn how technological solutions are implemented and create a plan that efficiently uses them to achieve business goals
Assess business needs by communicating with management and staff directly, and by conducting surveys and workshops with stakeholders
Provide support to consultants and delivery leads to define business requirements, outline problems, and brainstorm solutions for operational and technical changes
Work in cooperation with project managers and communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
Track and validate solutions, and measure the value of the changes to the organization for further improvements or refinements
Requirements

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate leadership abilities
Experience working for an insurance company, an insurance practice within a consulting company, or a core platform provider
Understanding of Insurance business (P&C, Life and Variable Benefits, Annuities) and insurance business processes (underwriting, claims, distribution, other)
Demonstrated business analysis skills including process analysis, requirements gathering
Awareness and some experience with Artificial Intelligence
Nice to have(s): work on policy admin systems (EIS, Guidewire, DuckCreek) or other core processing systems
Demonstrate intermediate or higher knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
Synthesize and present detailed information to transform complex data into engaging narratives
Willingness to travel; Hybrid working arrangement
