JOB SUMMARY
You will drive
the design, governance, and implementation of Power Platform and SharePoint
solutions, with a focus on business transformation and digital innovation. This
role requires heavy hands-on engagement in planning, architecture, design, and
technical delivery, and includes supporting sales pursuits.
Responsibilities:
ProjectLeadership: Lead projectdiscovery, design, scoping, and technical delivery of Power Platform andSharePoint solutions.
CoE Strategy: Define and implement governanceframeworks, standards, and best practices for Power Platform and SharePointusage.
SolutionArchitecture: Developscalable, compliant, and secure solutions that meet customer needs.
Sales Support: Partner with Sales to demonstratetechnical capabilities, deliver PoCs, and drive solution proposals.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide technical teams toensure alignment with best practices and project standards.
ClientEngagement: Build andmaintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
TechnicalSkillset:
Power PlatformExpertise: Advancedknowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (flows andautomation solutions), Power BI (data visualization, reporting, and analytics),and Power Virtual Agents (chatbots and automation).
SharePointProficiency: In-depthexperience with SharePoint Online, including document management, customworkflows, content management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 tools.
SharePointFramework (SPFx): Expertise in SPFx for building custom web parts, extensions, andsolutions within SharePoint Online. Proficiency in developing responsive andmodern UI components using SPFx, with experience in TypeScript, React, andOffice UI Fabric.
SolutionArchitecture and Design: Proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions, designingworkflows, integrations, and data models that leverage Power Platform andSharePoint capabilities, while ensuring compliance and operational resilience.
Dataverse andData Management: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data storage, relationalmodeling, and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring dataintegrity and efficient data access.
Automation andScripting: Proficiency inPowerShell, JavaScript, and familiarity with the Microsoft Graph API foradvanced customization, automation, and management of Microsoft 365environments.
Power Pages andUI Design: Knowledge ofPower Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), with experience in developingcustomer-facing interfaces, Liquid templates, and high-quality UI layoutswithin Power Pages.
Integration withMicrosoft 365 and Azure: Strong understanding of how Power Platform and SharePoint integratewith Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and Azure services (AzureAD, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions).
Security andCompliance: Familiaritywith Microsoft-s security and compliance features, including role-based accesscontrol, data loss prevention policies, and compliance settings, ensuringsolutions meet organizational standards.
DataVisualization and Reporting: Skilled in building dashboards and reports in Power BI, with a focus ondelivering actionable insights from data stored within Dataverse, SharePoint,or external data sources.
DevOps and ALMfor Power Platform and SPFx: Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for PowerPlatform and SPFx solutions, including version control, solution deployment,and environment management, with experience in tools like Azure DevOps.
Governance andBest Practices: Experiencedeveloping governance frameworks for Power Platform and SharePoint, includingdefining usage policies, setting security controls, and establishing bestpractices for scalable deployments.
Collaborationand Communication: Strong communication skills, enabling effective technical explanationto both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in deliveringtechnical presentations and solution demonstrations.
Experience:
10+ years ofexperience in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
7+ years insolution architecture or CoE roles, with a proven record in governance anddelivery.
Experience inproject leadership, from scoping to deployment.
Demonstratedsuccess in supporting sales pursuits and client engagements.
Strongcollaboration skills, working across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Effectivecommunicator with technical and business stakeholders.
