Position Description:
Motus is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to support our
Everlance B2C product line. In this role, you will play a pivotal part
in driving organic growth by optimizing our digital presence across all
platforms. Your work will directly to impact our visibility, user
acquisition, and overall business growth. This is an outstanding

Position Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase
organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost
conversions across various business functions.
- Explore the latest search experiences driven by artificial
intelligence (e.g., Google SGE, Gemini, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT) and
devise tactics to modify our SEO for AI-generated results on
different platforms.
- Tailor SEO strategies to meet the outstanding needs of both B2C and
B2B audiences, driving growth across segments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Use data
insights to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product,
content, and development, to ensure SEO standard methodologies are
coordinated into all aspects of the business.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm
updates, and emerging SEO tools and techniques. Share insights with
the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that SEO efforts contribute to a positive user experience,
aligning with Motuss mission to improve the working lives of our
users.
Desired Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a consistent track record of
driving organic growth for SaaS or tech companies.
Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search
Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and a basic
knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach and a focus on
data-driven solutions.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
