Performs entry level duties related to processing consumer documents in a Call Center environment. Duties include but are not limited to filing, completion of control reports, correcting and providing agent feedback on errors and customer account maintenance. This position requires contact with internal and external customers to ensure workflow and deadlines are met.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.


  • Work intake control reports daily to ensure internal and external SLAs and regulatory timeframes are met.

  • Complete high dollar ACE approvals and rejections for the department.

  • Complete high dollar case reporting for the department.

  • Grant/remove manager access to Detica.

  • Review on a quarterly basis.

  • Works incoming emails to DRD Support, Bancorp and DRD Follow Up Bancorp, and ensures internal and external SLAs and regulatory timeframes are met.

  • Corrects intake errors and provides feedback to leadership.

  • Reports issues/trends to leadership.

  • Creates cases based on forms submitted by Call Center overnight staff.

  • Actively participates in ongoing efforts to continually improve the customer experience for both internal and external customers.

  • Provides administrative support to assigned area/unit.

  • Updates, tracks and provides timely reporting for area/unit.

  • Copies, faxes and sends required customer communications.

  • Communicate and provide professional customer service for internal & external customers. Assist with intake calls as needed at the direction of management.

  • Backs up Day 2 analysts as needed: Repeat Offender, Support Box, Queue 11.

  • Additional duties as assigned.




  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous call center or banking experience is desired.

  • Minimum of 6 months DRD experience.

  • Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Bancorp policies and procedures.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Proven computer skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
