About the team:
Point of Sale (POS) Implementation Consultant - REMOTE
TRAVEL: UP TO 90%
The Point of Sale (POS) Implementation Consultant will configure, implement, train & support Simphony POS SAAS. They will configure and validate the software to be integrated with 3rd party partner solutions.
The successful candidate will possess a desire to travel and work with new people often. Showcase their ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technology and GUI configurations. Consult our customer on industry best practice standards. Train users of varying skills and experience on Simphony POS operational functionality
What you will do:
Set-up & Stage Hardware: You will be staging POS hardware in various locations from training rooms to deployment in customer operations. This includes the installation of Simphony software as documented on approved Simphony hardware.
Train: You will be training end users of Front of House operational practice. Train System Administrators on Simphony Back of House configurations & reporting applications
Support: You will support the customer during live operations ensuring operational success for their Simphony process’
Troubleshoot: You will be expected to address concerns as they arise. Applying a logical troubleshooting method and requesting escalated support as needed.
Consult: You will need to understand the Simphony software and offer suggestions that can best serve our customers individual operational requests
Configure: Configure the customers various requests through Simphony Enterprise Management Console (EMC)
What you have done:
2+ years of experience Managing Food & Beverage operations.
5+ years of food & beverage experience.
Confident with Food & Beverage reporting and financial tracking
Works well both independently & in groups
Communicates clearly and effectively
Travel: Up to 90%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $22.02 to $42.93 per hour; from $45,800 to $89,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $20.82 to $38.65 per hour; from $43,300 to $80,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $20.82 to $40.77 per hour; from $43,300 to $84,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $23.27 to $40.77 per hour; from $48,400 to $84,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
