Description We are looking to bring onboard a Customer Service Representative in Concord, Massachusetts. The role involves providing assistance to students, managing various communication methods, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. The position is based at a physical location and falls under the contract to hire employment category.
Responsibilities:
• Fielding inquiries from new and existing aviation students, offering guidance on financial aid processes via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Managing the setup of iPads for students and providing necessary technical support.
• Maintaining accurate records of each student, ensuring all details are up-to-date through regular follow-ups.
• Collaborating with a team of customer service representatives based in different locations to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Facilitating the orientation and graduation processes for students, ensuring all necessary protocols are followed.
• Directing students to appropriate departments as needed for specialized assistance.
• Handling a high volume of work and multitasking effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service standards.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office products and Google Suite for administrative tasks and communications.
• Assisting in the organization of new classes every 10 weeks and ensuring all related administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
• Ensuring a smooth transition for new students into the program, providing necessary assistance and guidance. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Data Entry and Order Entry
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively
• Experience scheduling appointments
• Ability to answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
