Job Summary:Responsible for generating, pricing, bidding, winning, and
managing HVAC service projects. This includes repairs, equipment
replacements, and maintenance agreements. Serves as the liaison between
customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery
of projects that satisfy customers while achieving business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Plan and manage all aspects of
complex commercial and industrial projects * Meet with customers to
gather details of work requests * Prepare professional-looking quotes
and present to customers * Manage and maintain the job bid process and
accuracy of job bid database * Order parts and materials for awarded
jobs * Ensure contractual commitments are met and our service
department achieves the highest standards of quality * Ensure
profitability by accurately quoting and scheduling service work to
optimize manpower and maximize profits * Work with Service Manager to
coordinate assignment of technicians to awarded jobs * Visit job sites
to provide field support and oversight * Communicate with Field
Supervisors and Project Managers as needed * Maintain existing customer
relationships by responding promptly to quote requests * Establish new
customer relationships that result in additional sales opportunities *
Build productive relationships with internal and external customers *
Maintain responsibility for B&K and subcontractor field personnel *
Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Education/experience: *
Three years HVAC Service Project Manager experience * Five years
commercial HVAC experience * Strong experience replacing mechanical
equipment in live facilities * Strong chiller experience ranging from
small air-cooled to large tonnage water-cooled centrifugal chillers *
College or technical school completion or equivalent work
experienceStrong knowledge of: * Chilled water systems and components
* Heating hot water and domestic hot water systems and components *
Steam heating and humidification systems and components * Cooling
towers, centrifugal separators, and plate heat exchangers * Boilers and
heating systems * Air-handling units, desiccant wheels, humidifiers,
and de-humidifiers * Packaged units, split systems, and computer room
units * Steam to hot water heat exchangers * Hydronic systems and
pumpsHave excellent skills in: * Presenting using Word and PowerPoint
* Estimating using ExcelMust: * Be proficient in Microsoft Office
applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Be a self-starter
with strong initiative and work well independently * Take pride in
developing solutions for challenging applications and complex field
