Job Details:SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the assisting the
overall operation of production on their shift. The following list of

training and performs duties in several departments such as Raw
Receiving, Load Out, and Feather Loader/Cook.Learns plant proper
operating procedures and practices in each department.Assists in setting
their individual performance goals and objectives with their
Supervisor.Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods,
procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental
duties.Receives training in functions and operations of all departments
to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to
provide greater job opportunities.Attends company-sponsored training
classes.Abides by all company Safety, QA and Human Resource
policies.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory
