Qualifications - External
Here’s What You Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
6 months related experience preferred
6 months customer service experience preferred
CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Req
What You Will Do
Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment.
Uses system to maintain par levels on units, pick up dirty equipment, track usage of beds and rental equipment
Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed
Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.
Transports patient care equipment, supplies, and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital.
Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves
Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey, HCAHPS, and/or Internal Survey.
