maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV\'s,

calls and preventive maintenance daily.Uses solid troubleshooting skills
to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or
software.Communicating service schedules and outcomes with customers in
a timely manner.Completes accurate and detailed service reports for
customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate
invoicing and job cost tracking.Escalating issues and reassigning
service calls as needed.Maintains a high-level of industry knowledge
