The role

The NPPE Consumer Journey Expert will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers have a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey within Pet Care ecosystem. Partner with Digital Personalization, Operations, Data Studios teams and New Business models to build and manage a pipeline of advanced consumer journey use cases that defines E2E consumer journey and improve the effectiveness of digital consumer data activities.

What you’ll do

  • Personalized Consumer journeys : Drive the Category Consumer Data plans to best support data acquisition and enhancing the overall consumer journeys for the Pet Care category. Lead, integrate and deliver scalable personalized consumer experiences across all digital consumer touchpoints in the consumer journey. Focus on automating the consumer journey delivering the right message to the right consumer at the right time through the most effective channel.

  • Consumer Data Partnership : Lead Consumer journey Data Partnerships projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

  • Cross-functional Project Management : Drive alignment on Data projects and develop structured project plans. Be responsible for day-to-day program management with clear mapping of interdependencies and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships and agencies (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.).

  • Monitoring & Report : Monitor consumer experience KPIs and metrics, such as customer lifetime value, retention rate, churn rate, in collaboration with Data Hub teams. Analyze and report the impact and effectiveness of Consumer experience programs – provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with stakeholders to report on performance, innovation and future opportunities that leverages Consumer Data to influence business growth.

  • Inspiration : Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Consumer journeys optimization and monetization. Mentor and provide guidance to other team and stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Solid Experience in leading large scale projects in a multi-market environment and with a diverse stakeholder management.

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, data warehousing, personalization enablement, and data-driven marketing principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and solution design.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proactive problem solver with an ability to take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership over shaping and executing upon our Data transformation initiatives.

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and help in making well-reasoned decisions.

  • Experience in developing data platforms and Data internal processes and governance.

  • Understanding of data management and administrative policies as well as data security laws.
